Location
Situated in Ilam next to Ilam Fields, UC Accommodation is a short ten minute drive to both Christchurch International Airport and the central city. It is also a stones throw from the busy shopping district of Riccarton. All conference rooms either look out onto gardens or are situated close to green spaces. UC Accommodation is on several major bus routes, parking may also be available dependent on the time of year and numbers.
Accommodation options
UC Accommodation Student Village comprises of 1500 rooms across three properties - University Hall, Ilam Apartments & Sonoda Christchurch Campus. Throughout the academic year (February - Novemeber) accommodation may be more limited. A variety of accommodation is available dependent upon your budget from apartments to single standard rooms. Our accommodation is modern, spacious and very homely. All rooms feature a single bed, desk, internet port, telephone, wardrobe and in-room basin (in some rooms).
Conference facilities
UC Accommodation offers a basic conference service in comfortable surroundings. Specific requirements can be discussed with the Conference Team.
